Cluster Level C.M.P. Meeting
Cluster Level Meeting for Guwahati Cluster was held
on 26/09/2011 at K.V. Khanapara under the In Charge
ship of Anjana Hazarika, principal K.V. Khanapara.
All 10 schools of the cluster were present at the
meeting. S. Laxmi Narayanan, Principal K.V. Digaru,
Indrajeet Singh, Principal K.V. A.F.S Borjhar, S.
Sarkar, Principal K.V. H.P.C.L. Jagiroad, Rita I
Singh, Principal K.V. C.R.P.F. Amerigog, P.S. Raju
Principal K.V. I.I.T. took stock of the C.M.P.
Records of all the 10 vidyalayas and drew the
conclusion that C.M.P. activities in all the
vidyalayas are going on in a defined manner but
there is scope for improvement in the following
areas --
I. Furniture shortage.
II. Cleanliness and hygiene of students’ toilets.
III. Proper utilization of money sanctioned for
T.L.M.
IV. Safety and security of students.
V. Maintenance of Classroom Library.
VI. Proper utilization of arrangement periods.
VII. Documentation / record keeping of C.M.P.
activities.
VIII. Proper utilization of games periods.
Provision should be there for a P.E.T. and Art
teacher exclusively for the primary section.
IX. Personality of teachers.
X. Frequency of Film shows and visuals to be
increased.
XI. Substitute to be kept immediately when a
teacher is on leave.
